Linda Knox

Linda Knox was born and raised in Owen Sound, Ontario. She graduated from the University of Guelph in 1970 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons.) and worked as a military Logistics Officer throughout Canada and Germany until 1998, returning to Owen Sound in 2002.

One of the few writers to hold a Certificate in Dog & Cat Nursing from the Knox Clinic, Linda Knox says, “I had plenty of personal experience and memories as a vet clinic dog nurse, farm call assistant, and donut club member that helped me to write the descriptions of people and places.”

In 2003, Linda opened Knox Trail Studio where she created art that is intuitive, abstract and experimental, as well as conducting art workshops until her untimely death.
